Adventure Awaits: Coach Like Indy — Unearth RESPECT Styles for Transformation!
Matt Brown focuses on earning and development, training, project management, recruiting, teaching conflict resolution, and building exceptional employee relations.
In middle school, Matt knew he wanted to be a police officer. He couldn't tell you why, he just did. Maybe it was because he could drive a cool car and wear a cool uniform. Matt became a police officer in 1999. In 2007, he was a Sergeant and decided to make a change. He worked as a Realtor for 18 months and realized why he wanted to be a police officer. Matt wanted to serve, help, and make things better. He went back to the City of South Jordan with a new outlook on his career and some fresh salesmanship skills.
Matt was promoted to Sergeant again and then Lieutenant. His new motivation made the last twelve years the best of his career. Several years ago, when Matt seriously started to think about retirement, he realized his lack of a college education would hamper his future prospects. He went back to school to earn a bachelor’s degree but enjoyed it so much he decided to keep going and earn an MBA. During his education, Matt learned how much he could enjoy a variety of jobs in the business world.
