Donate to the SHRM Foundation

Donate to support the SHRM Foundation, the 501(c)(3) philanthropic arm of the world’s largest HR professional society. Its robust resources, meaningful partnerships, and evidence-based programming educate and empower HR professionals to:

  • hire diverse talent,

  • build inclusive workplaces,

  • prioritize workplace mental health and wellness,

  • develop and support the next generation of HR professionals,

  • and help employees find purpose at work and beyond.

Treasure isn’t all gold and gems and ancient relics that release fiery destruction (right, Mola Ram?). When you donate, you are investing in your professional development, your business, and your people. So chart your own map to treasure and donate today.

Why Donate to SHRM

It’s not cheap being an adventurer. You’ve got to pay for lots of maps, last-minute international flights, and a local guide, even if he does inevitably betray you and try to run off with an idol while you’re left dangling over a pit of snakes. And of course there’s dry cleaning for the hat.

Admittedly, funding priorities are different for Human Resource adventurers. We tend to focus less on navigating rapids and more on navigating rapid change in the workplace.

And the treasure we seek? It comes in the form of knowledge, resources, and a wide network of other HR professionals.

The Society for Human Resources (SHRM) provides that value for hundreds of workplaces, and thousands of people, around the globe.

That’s why we encourage you to donate to the SHRM Foundation. All the good that has come from SHRM chapters, including the Work Elevated Conference, wouldn’t be possible without it.
